  • Process bookings and payments.
  • Send booking confirmations and event-related communications.
  • Operate and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. 📬 Email Communications

If you opted in to email updates when making a booking, we will only use your email address to notify you about gigs and events on GigFinder. We will not share your information with anyone other than the third-party partners explicitly named in this notice, and it will never be shared for marketing purposes by third parties.

4. 🤝 Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the Site:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with any other third parties.

We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the Site. These include session cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in, and a cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Account credentials are managed by Clerk and are encrypted at rest.

We retain booking records for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and operational obligations. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at the address below.
